Recommendation
The Operating Chairman of the Chicago Housing Authority ("CHA") recommends that the CHA Board of Commissioners ("Board") execute an amendment to Contract No: 13198 with Infor Inc. The requested amendment would extend the agreement's term for 12 months from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and increase the funds for Contract No. 13198 by $518,182.
This amendment is intended to encompass the provision of Infor Software licensing along with a maintenance agreement for the existing modules. This amendment results in an incremental value of $518,182 added to the existing contract, maintaining the maximum total payable over the entire contract, including amendment, at $1,007,033. This financial adjustment covers a span of two years, beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026.
