Recommendation
The Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Chicago Housing Authority ("CHA") recommends that the CHA Board of Commissioners ("Board") approve the award of a contract to the contractor listed below. The contract has a not-to-exceed amount of $20,732,698 for a three (3)-year base term from July 27, 2026 to July 26, 2030, which includes contingency funding. Additionally, the contract provides for two (2) one-year options within the not-to-exceed contract amount of $4,426,144, along with contingency funding of $442,614. The total contract compensation amount will not exceed $25,601,456.
The Board further authorizes the CEO to approve each request to exercise the extension options awarded under the contract.
