Authorization to award IDIQ contracts for Architectural, Engineering, and Professional Services.

Recommendation
The Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Chicago Housing Authority ("CHA") recommends that the CHA Board of Commissioners ("Board") approve the award of contracts to thirty-two (32) vendors to establish a pre-qualified pool to provide professional services across all CHA properties. The pre-qualified pool will provide architectural, engineering, and professional services for projects approved under the 5-year capital budget plan, including, but not limited to, elevator modernization, renovation, and capital improvements and maintenance.
The CEO further recommends that the Board authorize funding for the contracts in the amount of $35 million for the three-year base term and two (2) one-year option years.
The Board further authorizes the CEO to approve each request to exercise the options awarded under the contracts.
